Warranty 

Each watch, unless otherwise noted, is backed by our in-house 1 year limited technical warranty which is non-transferable. Warranty only applies to watches purchased on our website directly.

The watch is covered against issues relating to the technical operation of the watch and movement. Warranty does not cover straps, user error, abuse, water damage or impact damage. Warranty is void if watch is opened by a non DWS watchmaker. We cover all return shipping at our expense (in the US only). Shipping to us is covered at the buyers expense.

Due to the delicate nature of vintage watches, and often times unverifiable provenance and history, vintage watches (watches older than 20 years), are backed by a 14 day technical warranty, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For vintage watches, timing and amplitude are given greater variances than modern watches. While all efforts are made to provide history and component reviews of these vintage watches, all vintage watches are sold as seen.
